Human Resources (HR) Assistant

Description We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team in Robbinsville, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract role where you will play a crucial part in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth operations within various HR functions. Responsibilities:
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Manage onboarding processes to welcome new hires and ensure a seamless integration into the organization.
• Utilize HRIS systems to update employee information and generate reports as needed.
• Coordinate background checks and other pre-employment screenings in a timely manner.
• Support employee relations activities by addressing inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies.
• Collaborate with the HR team to organize training sessions and development programs.
• Ensure accurate documentation and filing of HR-related information.
• Assist in the preparation of internal communications related to HR initiatives.
• Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Provide administrative support for special HR projects as required. Requirements • Proven experience in human resources administration or a similar role.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in managing employee data.
• Knowledge of onboarding procedures and processes related to candidate evaluation.
• Strong understanding of employee relations principles and HR policies.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools. TalentMatch®
