Human Resources Generalist (Retail)

Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Do you enjoy supporting teams across multiple locations and helping managers and employees succeed? We’re looking for a **HR Generalist** who can manage a variety of HR functions — from employee relations and onboarding to benefits administration and HRIS management — while promoting a positive workplace culture.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Partner with managers and employees to resolve issues, provide guidance, and support performance management
+ Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, including payroll, benefits, and HRIS management
+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and support audits and reporting
+ Conduct compliance checks at multiple locations and help maintain consistent HR practices
+ Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture
**What We’re Looking For:**
+ High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
+ **5+ years of progressive HR experience** , including supporting multiple locations (restaurants, stores, or similar)
+ Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
+ Strong knowledge of HR laws, leave practices, and employee relations
+ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Paycom experience a plus)

**Pay Details:** $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
