We are looking for an HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist in Lewiston, ID! In this role, you will coach employees and supervisors on various personnel topics, handle employee relations issues with utmost professionalism and confidentiality, develop and roll-out career ladders in partnership with subject matter experts, manage initiatives/projects to improve processes and procedures, recruit and hire the best employee-owners, teach and train employees and supervisors on standard HR processes and complex behavioral topics, and provide exceptional customer service to those you support.

As a Human Resources Generalist, a typical day might include the following:
Facilitate meetings to resolve issues. Provide objective feedback, make recommendations on issues as appropriate for both individual employees and managers.Counsel employees and management by interpreting company culture, values and policy, and employment law promptly and accurately.Maintain legal documentation.Work with management to help draft and supply updated and useful information such as reports, relevant policies, and/or disciplinary documents.Actively source and recruit, interview, and hire employees.Support Human Resources training efforts.This job might be for you if:
You possess a B.A. or B.S. degree in Human Resources or related fieldYou have some experience within Human Resources or a related fieldKnowledge of employment law and legal hiring practices and proceduresExcellent listening, interviewing and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical ability and problem resolution skillsSkills in investigating and successfully resolving Employee Relations situationsAbility to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information and dataIt would be nice if you have:
