Human Resources Generalist
Handling all aspects of employee relations including disputes, corrective actions, and HR investigations.Handle employer relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.Coordinate new employee onboarding activities to ensure a smooth organizational transition.Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving HR-related issues.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Analyze situations and identify and forecast pertinent problems.Evaluate realistic options to recommend/implement an appropriate course of action.Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation and conduct exit interviews.Provide guidance to employees and managers on performance-related matters.Identify training needs and collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs.Facilitate workshops and training sessions as necessary.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.Stay informed about changes in labor laws and ensure the organization's compliance.
