Description Robert Half permanent Engagement Professionals are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative HR Generalist with expertise in Paycor software to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of human resources functions, serving as a strategic partner in employee relations, talent management, compliance, and payroll administration. This position requires proficiency in using Paycor for HR, payroll, and workforce management processes. Key Responsibilities Administer human resources programs, including benefits, compensation, training, performance management, and onboarding/offboarding processes Maintain and update employee records within Paycor software, ensuring data accuracy for payroll, time-off tracking, and compliance documentation Partner with managers to provide support on HR policies, employee concerns, and development programs Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations, utilizing Paycor’s reporting and analytics functionalities to manage documentation efficiently. Prepare employee performance reviews and support workforce planning strategies using Paycor tools to assess metrics and trends Assist with recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and generating offers via Paycor recruiting modules. Coordinate payroll processing, including scheduling and tracking payments, benefits deductions, and tax filings through Paycor’s Payroll solutions. Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE& I) initiatives by leveraging Paycor's analytics to measure progress within the organization Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably within a mid-sized or larger organization Demonstrated proficiency in Paycor software, including payroll, recruitment, HR, and benefits administration modules Strong knowledge of labor laws, compensation practices, and HR compliance requirements. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity. Preferred Qualifications HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is a plus. Experience using reporting and analytics features in Paycor to support HR strategy. A proactive approach to process improvement and streamlining administrative tasks.
