We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist with a strong emphasis on recruiting to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about human resources, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to supporting both employees and organizational goals. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department. Your responsibilities will span across multiple HR functions, with a primary focus on talent acquisition, while also supporting onboarding, policy development, compliance, and employee relations.
ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), and HRIS (iSolved HCM) for recruitment processes.Ensure policy compliance and update HR manuals as necessary.Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.Support onboarding processes and facilitate smooth transitions for new employees.Develop and maintain effective employee relations.Provide administrative support to the HR department.Essential Skills3-5 years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition.3-5 years of experience using ATS, recruitment platforms, and HRIS.Proven experience as an HR Generalist for 2–3 years.Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsSHRM Certification is preferred.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Work Environment
The position is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday, with an 8-hour workday starting at either 8:00 AM or 8:30 AM, including a half-hour or hour lunch break. Located in Croydon, PA, the work environment supports professional growth and employee welfare. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
