Human Resources Generalist - Full-Time,  Weekly Pay!

Rate: $20.00/Hour

The Human Resources Generalist will with business management to administer daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including, but not limited to, talent acquisition, policy administration, employee relations and assisting in orientation.

What Your Day May Look Like

Partner with managers to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiativesRespond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concernsMaintain and update employee records to ensure compliance and accuracyPrepare reports and track HR processes across multiple software platformsHandle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality

Position Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or GED requiredCustomer service background neededProficient understanding of Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, Oracle, etc. preferredMust be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional mannerPrior customer service experience in fast-paced environment a plus
