Overview Under the supervision of the Managing Director of the Shared Services Center of Canada, the chosen candidate will be responsible for ensuring the application of the policies and procedures established by the group in terms of human resources best practices, as well as supporting the human resources managers for the group's agencies Responsibilities MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the Managing Director, while offering a hybrid working model, the main responsibilities are: - Ensure the registration, monitoring and control of individual data of Publicis Groupe personnel (approximately 2,500 employees) in Canada, in terms of group insurance. - Act as the main point of contact with the HR stakeholders of the Group's agencies (15) regarding the administration of our group insurance plan and RRSP. - Active participation in the renewal of insurance products and the annual re-enrollment process for employees in partnership with the external actuarial firm. - Responsible for internal communications during administrative changes/events, group activities, translation of internal and external releases, etc. - Liaise with HR professionals locally and globally to collaborate in the deployment by the group of new internal services and new North American initiatives as well as the translation in French of all its supporting documentation. - Active participation in diversity, equity, and inclusion related initiatives. - Coordinate the recruitment process for the finance, payroll, information technology departments and facility management staff at the Group's sites in Canada. Integration of new employees, follow-up of probationary period and termination process for employees of Publicis Re:Sources Montreal and Toronto, in accordance with internal policies. - Act as the main point of contact for the management of short- and long-term disability cases, in addition to providing support for return-to-work planning and employee accommodation measures. - Production of various reports on staff evaluation, performance bonus, salary increases, pay equity, Quebec 1% training law, Office Québécois de la langue française (OQLF), accessibility, corporate and social governance, etc. - Provide HR and administrative support for all Publicis Re:Sources Montreal and Toronto employees (45 employees). - Provide guidance and support to employees related to our corporate processes and policies. - Provide human resource management advice to managers on topics related to corporate policies and HR best practices, labor relations, performance evaluation, workforce planning, employee relations and compensation. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: - College diploma or university degree in human resources or administration. - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in similar functions at a managerial level. - Proven interpersonal and communication skills to deal effectively with multiple stakeholders orally and in writing, in both French and English. Strong proficiency in both written and oral French is required in order to translate corporate communications and ensure compliance with relevant provincial laws and regulations. - Functional use of Office suite software, in particular Excel and Word. - Knowledge of the SAP system – Human Resources will be considered an asset. - Rigorous work ethic, a strong team player, great respect for confidentiality, strong professional judgment.
