Position Objective
Responsible for supporting key Human Resources processes, contributing to employee development, engagement, and well-being. Facilitates the implementation of practices aligned with business objectives. Acts as a local liaison between plant employees and corporate functional areas from the Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Global Business Services (GBS), including: Talent and Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and Labor Relations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring effective integration into the organizational culture and values.Support positive employee development by fostering a harmonious work environment.Identify skill improvement needs among employees.Propose updates to company policies to ensure legal compliance.Collaborate as a team member in all activities that promote the growth and well-being of human capital.Assist departments in leadership matters to help them manage their teams more effectively.Work closely with department leaders to ensure staff needs are aligned with the company’s strategic goals.Collaborate with the COE to locally implement related strategies.Monitor the correct application of internal policies and ensure the update of disciplinary regulations in coordination with Labor Relations.Promote employee engagement through recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and organizational events.Prepare and maintain updated Human Resources reports.Actively participate in local Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, fostering an inclusive, equitable, and belonging organizational culture.Profile Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in general HR functions, preferably in industrial or electronic manufacturing environments.Practical experience with HR management systems such as TRESS and Workday.Intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written).Effective communication skills with employees and corporate teams.Proficient in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Willingness to collaborate on local and regional projects.Ethical mindset, discretion, and a collaborative work approach.Availability to support across different shifts.Onsite Work Arrangement:
