Human Resources Expert

Description of responsibilities:

Handling attendance, leave and personnel matters.
Drawing up contracts and archiving personnel documents.
Complete management of human resources processes.
Carrying out administrative follow-ups and coordinating meetings.
Preparing human resources forms and documents.
Establishing communication and coordination with various departments, especially production.
Representing the company in legal and insurance authorities.
Training and culture building (at the basic level).
Reporting and analyzing human resources.
Using personality, behavior and personality analysis tools.
Visiting branches during the week to assess the performance of salespeople.
Qualification requirements:

Desired gender: Female.
At least a bachelor's degree in one of the fields of human resources management, psychology, business management, industrial management or similar fields.
At least three years of relevant work experience in the human resources department, preferably in manufacturing companies with multiple store branches (Retail).
Work experience in multi-departmental environments (production, sales, head office).
Availability to be at the factory one day a week (if needed).
