Handling attendance, leave, and personnel matters.Drawing up contracts and archiving personnel documents.Complete management of human resources processes.Carrying out administrative follow-ups and coordinating meetings.Preparing human resources forms and documents.Establishing communication and coordination with various departments, especially production.Representing the company in legal and insurance authorities.Training and culture building (at the basic level).Reporting and analyzing human resources.Using personality, behavior, and personality analysis tools.Visiting branches during the week to assess the performance status of salespeople.
Requirements:
At least a Bachelor's degree in a similar field.At least three years of relevant work experience in the human resources unitWork experience in multi-departmental environments (production, sales, head office).Willingness to be present at the factory one day a week (if needed).
