Coordinate the execution of activities related to Human Resources, in order to ensure the achievement of the area's objectives and respond to the project's human resources needs; Collaborate in the development of internal procedures applicable to Human Resources, aimed at the efficient functioning of the processes related to this area; Assist in reporting and monitoring the area's activities in order to provide, on the one hand, timely, accurate and reliable information to support analysis and decision-making and, on the other hand, to identify and implement improvement actions; Provide support in the coordination and execution of HR and administrative/legal development processes, with a view to promoting an efficient response to the needs of people's progression and growth, as well as contributing to the fulfilment of deadlines and labour requirements; Promote the cross-functional management of recruitment, hiring, payroll processing and logistics (transport of employees to and from the site).
Job Requirements and Competencies Profile
• Higher education in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management or similar;
• 3-5 years in Human Resources, preferably with proven experience in defining recruitment strategies for large-scale projects;
• Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in similar roles;
• Proficiency in SAP HR;
• Proficiency in MS Office tools;
• Proficiency in English (mandatory);

• Light vehicle driving licence;

• Availability to mobility.
