We are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead a team of HR professionals in providing strategic support to key business functions and manufacturing operations across multiple locations. In this role you will play a pivotal role in driving HR excellence, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Pay Range: 139k - 173k, depending on experience

HR Director, Northwest Region – Oversees operations in Sacramento, CA; Tacoma, WA; Clovis, CA; and Portland, ORThis is an onsite role. The selected candidate will be based at one of the brand locations within the area of oversight ResponsibilitiesHR Team Leadership:
Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, enhancing capabilities in employee relations, investigations, change management, project management, and business partnershipCollaborate with peer HR Directors to drive consistent implementation of HR programs and initiatives across the organizationCreate a culture of continuous learning and professional development, ensuring HR team members have growth opportunitiesSupport business transformation initiatives by working cross-functionally to enhance the Team Member ExperienceServe as an escalation point for HR Managers, COEs, and functional leaders to resolve complex HR issues, review investigations, and provide recommendationsChampion HR compliance, proactively identifying risks and implementing self-audits to ensure adherence to policies and regulationsBusiness Partnership:
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, building strong relationships to support production and commercial business objectivesProvide input and assist in or lead efforts associated with change management efforts involving reorganizations, mergers/acquisitions, and transfersGain a deep understanding of the business, identifying organizational challenges and people needs, and providing strategic HR guidanceCoach senior leaders on organizational design, talent strategies, and change managementDrive a strong talent agenda, assisting leadership in identifying, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring effective succession planningUtilize key HR metrics and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and business resultsChampion and embed MITER’s Guiding Principles into the organization’s cultureStay informed on regulatory and market changes, advising leadership on workforce implications and mitigating risk effectively Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in HR strategy, employee relations, organizational development, and business partnership Experience managing regional (multi-state and multi-site) HR operations, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments Proven leadership experience in HR strategy, employee relations, organizational development, and business partnershipStrong ability to influence, coach, and develop HR teams and senior leaders.Experience managing multi-site HR operations, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environmentsExpertise in change management, workforce planning, and HR complianceData-driven mindset with experience in utilizing HR metrics to inform decision-makingStrong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices About UsOur benefits package includes coverage of your health, wealth, and wellness for you and your eligible spouse/dependents.
