Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Develop and administer various plans and procedures in the assigned functional areasParticipate in development of department goals, objectives, and systemsInteract with middle and senior management to identify strategies to better serve our team membersRecommend improvements in efficiency and services provided in the assigned functional areasCoordinate departmental initiatives across functional areas with other HR team membersAssist the Director with analysis of HR department effectiveness for ongoing performance in all areas Qualifications

Qualifications:

2 + years HR experience Demonstrated leadership abilityStrong background with employee development, HR Process Management, and coachingExperience with investigations, analysis, and resolution for compliance/legal mattersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional SHRM or HRCI certification preferredBachelor's degree preferred
