Your main responsibilities
The Human Resources Director for Belux is responsible for leading and managing the HR function across Belgium and Luxembourg. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with corporate guidelines, support business objectives, enhance organisational performance, and foster a positive company culture.
Additional responsibilities include:
+ Strategic HR Leadership: Align HR strategy with business goals, advise management, and lead change.
+ Talent Acquisition: Drive recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
+ Employee Engagement: Foster a positive culture, manage employee relations, and lead CPBW/Works Council activities.
+ Performance Management: Oversee reviews, support managers, and boost productivity.
+ Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive packages and ensure compliance.
+ Learning & Development: Identify training needs and lead leadership development.
+ Compliance & Policies: Ensure legal compliance and maintain HR policies.
+ HR Operations: Manage HR services, develop the team, and use HR metrics.
+ Diversity & Inclusion: Promote an inclusive workplace and drive D&I initiatives.

Further requirements may include:
+ University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master degree preferred)
+ Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
+ Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in Belgium and Luxembourg
+ Proficient level of Dutch, French and English
