Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to lead and oversee all aspects of the HR function within our organization. Based in San Diego, California, this role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement policies that align with business goals while fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that support organizational goals and employee satisfaction. • Oversee employee relations processes, ensuring timely resolution of workplace concerns and conflicts. • Manage benefits programs and ensure proper administration to meet employee needs. • Utilize HRIS platforms to streamline processes and maintain accurate employee records. • Lead onboarding initiatives to ensure new employees are integrated effectively into the company. • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies and best practices. • Drive initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization. • Monitor and assess HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR practices with overall business strategies. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources management or a related field. • Strong expertise in employee relations and handling workplace conflict resolution. • Proficiency in HR administration, including benefits management and payroll processes. • Knowledge of HRIS platforms and ability to utilize systems for efficiency. • Proven ability to manage onboarding and training programs effectively. • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and engagement. • Demonstrated success in implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
