It's located in Porto Alegre, Brazil, and focuses on developing and supporting ADP's worldwide products next to contributing and/or leading global innovation projects. ADP Brazil Labs contributes to large-scale initiatives and collaborates with teams across multiple geographic locations.
In the role of HR Director for ADP Brazil Labs you will align talent strategies with the unique needs of tech roles and fostering an environment where innovation, collaboration and performance thrive. You understand the importance of employer branding and will effectively highlight & foster the organization’s tech culture and career opportunities. You will build thriving partnerships across the different HR functions & teams, delivering value-added support to management and employees, enabling leaders and employees to become the best version of themselves. You help grow your own team by supporting them to play to their strength.
Skills/Abilities/Experience:
HR Leadership experience in a multinational matrixed environment supporting remote leadership Experience within a Tech environment. You understand the specific needs of tech roles. Technology excites you. Understands the importance of compliancy and how to apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, policies to support business outcomes Strong experience in a HR end-responsible role, leading a team of HRBP’s, working closely with other HR functions/COE’s Fluent in English and a high level of business, technology and financial acumen.
