Responsibilities The Director of Human Resources formulates and supervises programs relative to selection, training, promotion, welfare, and other employer/employee relationships. Interviews job applicants; develops personnel record forms; adjust disputes and grievances and recommends necessary disciplinary actions; analyzes, classifies and evaluates jobs. Administers employee welfare and recreation services, and serves as an adviser to executive staff in personnel implications of policies, programs, and proposed organization changes. #LI-CC1 Qualifications Education and Work Experience + Bachelor's degree required. + Master's degree preferred. + 3 Years of related healthcare experience required. + Must be familiar with the hospital organization; functions of various departments; current personnel practices and techniques, including review techniques; training methods; and job analysis. + Familiar with the labor market, laws, wage and hour regulations, and ERISA guidelines preferred. + Knowledge of state and federal wage and hour required. + Familiar with Joint Commission and HFAP standards. Pay Transparency Shasta Regional Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
