About the Role
As our Director of HR, you’ll be both a strategic thought partner and a roll-up-your-sleeves operator. Reporting directly to the President, you’ll guide everything from talent development and culture to global compliance and workforce planning. This role supports international teams across Europe and Asia, so global HR experience (and a strong appreciation for complexity) is a must.
This position may require up to 20% travel, with occasional international trips (up to 50%) to support global operations and leadership engagement, particularly during the executive leadership team's annual global site tours. You’ll lead a 2 to 3 person HR team and work closely with senior leaders to align people practices with business goals. It’s a high-impact role, perfect for someone who’s excited to shape a modern, people-driven organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
Partner with the leadership to design and execute HR initiatives that support business growth and talent scalability
Align HR operations with commercial priorities and global corporate initiatives.
Lead international HR compliance across countries including the UK, Spain, India, Singapore, Netherlands, and Poland.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support change, performance, engagement, and succession strategies.
Mentor and grow a three-person HR team into an agile, high-performing function.
Build a culture of inclusion, development, and accountability.
Use data and HR tech (like Workday, ADP) to inform people decisions and optimize processes.
What Makes You a Great Fit
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including global exposure and comprehensive knowledge across all major HR disciplines.
Proven success in a fast-paced environment.
Deep knowledge of U.S. and international employment laws (Europe and Asia in particular).
Strong communicator and coach with high emotional intelligence, sharp business acumen, and a keen focus on optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
A track record of influence in complex environments.

Bachelor's degree.

SPHR or GPHR certification
Experience in distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, or aerospace
