The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting all areas of Human Resources aiding and coordination in various processes and support, including benefits, recruiting, training and onboarding. This position will provide front desk representation for all HR related inquiries. Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, fast, friendly, and fun environment for all guests, team members, and company assets. The focus shall always be on ensuring a safe and comfortable environment while maintaining a positive can-do attitude with an emphasis on the highest level of guest service for both external and internal guests to Live! Casino.

Responsibilities (Text Only) Where You'll Make an Impact:
- Assists with Team Member data maintenance including hard copy and electronic.
- Answers, screens, responds to and/or routes routine team member inquiries regarding handbook policies, job duties, attendance, payroll, etc.
- Supports HR action workflow from hire to separation.
- May assist in recruitment, hiring, licensing in SlotsLink and employee events.
- Supports and assists with HR analytics by gathering data from different sources and compiling into useful reports.
- Assists with reviewing/updating job descriptions, HR standardized policies and procedures, other HR communications as needed.
- Assists with internal investigations, as well as responding to EEOC and Wage/Hour charges, workers compensation claims, benefits claims, and any other regulatory claims, as needed.
- Assists with responding to Unemployment Claims, including forwarding DLLR unemployment requests and support documentation to the company’s third-party administrator, answering basic unemployment questions, and generating summary reports.
- Adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies in an ethical manner and handles sensitive situations in a confidential manner.
- Ensures property has updated federal and state employment/labor law posters. Contributes to the continuous improvement of HR processes to improve efficiency and enhance employee relations.

- Ability to keep sensitive information confidential and shared only to those who have a need to know.
- Ability to effectively utilize technology including HRIS, MS Office Suite, and other HR software as needed.
- Possesses strong organization skills, project management skills and good interpersonal skills. Qualifications

Must-Haves:

High School Diploma or GED preferred.1-3 years’ Human Resources experience and/or education in the Human Resource Field preferred.You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment.Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Virginia Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.
