What will I be doing?

\n\nAs a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for hotel team members and new hires visiting the Human Resources office. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:\nGreet and assist Team Members and respond to requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner (in the office and over the phone)\nGreet job seekers who visit or call to inquire about employment, submit applications, interview etc. \nInitiate recruitment activities to include drafting job requisitions and coordinating communication between Hiring Managers and Recruitment Specialists \nWelcome all new hires to the hotel by managing onboarding and executing monthly hotel orientation\nProcess all documentation and onboarding for new hires\nCoordinate department projects and Team Member events \nUtilize MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint to complete required projects for the department\nPerform word processing, typing, email, data-entry, filing, faxing, copying, and taking notes \nAssist with other general office duties and special projects \n\n
