Education & Experience\:
Completion of a recognized Human Resources certificate or diploma program.1-2 years of progressively responsible HR experience, preferably in healthcare or a unionized environment.Skills & Abilities\:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations objectively and professionally.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (PeopleSoft experience is an asset).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle preferred.Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
