Human Resources Coordinator

As an HR Coordinator, you will take on a diverse range of administrative and office support tasks, all while ensuring the smooth operation of HR-related activities and contributing to the company's overall success. + Provide comprehensive support to the HR team by managing administrative duties, including maintaining employee records, onboarding documentation, and compliance reporting. + Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, delivering exceptional service and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency. + Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage calendars, and assist with the recruitment process to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. + Support the facilitation of employee programs, such as training sessions, engagement activities, and benefits enrollment, to enhance the overall employee experience. + Assist with payroll preparation, HRIS data entry, and timekeeping processes to maintain accurate records and compliance. + Prepare HR-related reports and presentations, ensuring key metrics and data are compiled and shared with the management team on a timely basis. Requirements + Proven experience navigating fast-paced work environments and handling multiple priorities with ease. + Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across departments. + Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. + Detail-oriented mindset and a solutions-driven approach to problem-solving. + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
