Human Resources Coordinator
Job Title: Human Resources CoordinatorJob Description The core function of this role is to manage the HR inbox and handle various inbound administrative tasks. These tasks are integral to supporting the Human Resources department in a dynamic and growing environment. Responsibilities + Handle offboarding processes for termination and resignation of internal employees. + Revise and modify job description templates as needed. + Gather and draft employee agreements using a provided template. + Refer employees to appropriate third parties such as benefits and insurance providers based on their inquiries. + Track and manage credentialing and compliance, and communicate with vendors regarding status updates. + Support the HR Director with ad hoc projects and data/reporting requests. Essential Skills + 3-10 years of overall experience with at least 2+ years in Human Resources. + Proficiency in tasks such as FMLA, compensation, compliance, and offboarding. + High School Diploma. + Experience with ADP systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with ADP would be advantageous. Work Environment This position is set within a provider/healthcare environment, where you will have your own office space. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with flexibility on start time. This role offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a rapidly growing organization, potentially extending beyond the initial 90-day period. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
