Job Description
The core function of this role is to manage the HR inbox and handle a variety of administrative tasks. This includes managing offboarding processes for internal employee terminations and resignations, revising and modifying job description templates, gathering and drafting employee agreements, referring employees to appropriate third-party services such as benefits and insurance, tracking and managing credentialing and compliance, and communicating with vendors for status updates. Additionally, you will support the HR Director with ad hoc projects and data/reporting requests.
ResponsibilitiesHandle HR inbox with inbound administrative tasks related to employee offboarding.Revise and modify job description templates.Gather and draft employee agreements using templates.Refer employees to appropriate third-party services based on their inquiries.Track and manage credentialing and compliance, and communicate with vendors for status updates.Support HR Director on ad hoc projects and data/reporting requests.Essential Skills3-10 years of overall experience.At least 2 years of experience in human resources with knowledge in FMLA, compensation, compliance, and offboarding.High School Diploma.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with ADP.Work Environment
The role is set in a provider/healthcare environment where you will have your own office space. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexible start times.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
