The Human Resources Department at the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem invites you to join a leading team in a dynamic, service\-oriented, and diverse work environment\.
**Responsibilities include:**
+ Recruitment across all hotel departments: posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new team members
+ Planning and executing employee engagement and welfare activities
+ Providing day\-to\-day support and guidance to hotel staff
+ Handling general administrative tasks and office support within the HR department
