ZGF is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in our Seattle, WA office to join our People + Culture team coordinating HR initiatives and processes within the office, with the ability to support firm-wide HR initiatives.

As Human Resources Coordinator, you will…

Manage candidate hiring process using applicant tracking systemCoordinate new hiring processes, direct liaison between HR and business officeOrganize new hire onboarding and first day agendas for assigned offices Process new hire paperwork, including I9 forms utilizing eVerifyManage and assist in facilitating employee performance review process for assigned officesAid in HR efforts including personnel, benefits, and professional developmentFacilitate all new employee onboarding sessionsOther duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of human resources experienceAssociates or Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferredKnowledge in employment laws and regulationsProficient with numbers, data, insights, analysis, Microsoft Office Suite, technology and HR systemsFamiliar with Applicant Tracking SystemsNever-failing positive, can-do attitudeOrganized and thoughtful in managing functions and workload, detail orientedExcellent communication and social skillsTrustworthy and mature, ability to be discreet with sensitive informationAble to work independently exercising workload and prioritizationPrior experience in architecture, design or creative company preferred

Base Salary Range

$65.000/yr - $70.000/yr depending on skills and experience.
