As a Human Resources Chief, you will act as a generalist with a focus on labor relations, responsible for managing the collective bargaining agreement, ensuring compliance with labor policies and procedures, and serving as a liaison between the plant, the union, and the organization—fostering a healthy, fair work environment aligned with the company’s values.
This role extends beyond union matters and litigation, encompassing the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment to offboarding—with a strong emphasis on leadership, organizational culture, and internal customer service.

What will you do:
Labor Relations & Compliance: Collaborates with leadership and union representatives to address labor matters, ensure compliance with the collective bargaining agreement, and resolve employee concerns effectively.HR Advisory & Development: Guides supervisors and managers on legal and regulatory aspects, supporting their development and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures.Employee Engagement & Presence: Maintains a strong on-site presence through regular walkarounds, fostering open communication with employees and promoting a positive work environment.Training, KPIs & Strategic Support: Coordinates training and promotion processes, tracks key labor KPIs (e.g., absenteeism, turnover), and supports decision-making with data-driven insights.Employee Services & Culture: Manages services impacting employee satisfaction (e.g., cleaning, medical), organizes social and wellness events, and partners with EHSS and legal teams to ensure full regulatory compliance.What you will bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, HR, OD, Psychology, or a similar related discipline.Three to five years of progressive experience as a Labor Relations Specialist.Three years of progressive experience in HR general functions.Demonstrated experience analyzing HR indicators and decision making regarding to business acumen for recommending solutions to achieve desired performance outcomes.Demonstrated technical competence through Labor matters and legal compliance.Who you are:
