HR Business Partner (m/f/d)Your tasksAdvise and support managers in leadership and employee development, including organizational unit development, in German and/or EnglishCoordinate personnel requirements with departments and initiate staffing processes upon approvalPrepare and implement personnel measures such as recruitment, transfers, reclassifications, and exitsRepresent HR measures in discussions with employee representatives and staffSupport disciplinary actions and coordinate legal matters with external counsel, including participation in court hearingsCollaborate proactively with internal interfaces (e.g., HR Coordination, line managers)Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies (e.g., newsletters, LinkedIn)Optimize onboarding processes and design interdisciplinary training programs for employees and managersDevelop and implement concepts for promoting company values and performance review processesCreate individual development plans and monitor progressAdvise managers on organizational development initiativesEnsure compliance with HR-related KPIs (e.g., data quality, headcount, turnover, absence rates) and report to relevant departmentsInitiate corrective actions in case of deviations and monitor implementationSupport HR leadership in negotiations and implementation of works agreementsLead or contribute to HR projects and sub-projectsIndependently plan and execute corporate health management initiativesEnsure successful execution of internal and external auditsYour profileDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldSeveral years of experience in HR, ideally as an HR Business PartnerStrong knowledge of labor law and experience working with employee representativesVery good comprehension and analytical thinking skills as well as a careful and structured way of workingExcellent communication and advisory skillsStrategic mindset and high level of initiativeProficient in HR systems (for example Workday) and MS Office (Word & Excel)Very good team and communication skillsFluent in German and English, both written and spokenOur offerDriving Change: Innovative technology company, high degree of personal responsibility, creative freedom and opportunities for further development
