The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for a variety of HR functions with a strong emphasis on employee engagement and the attraction and development of great talent. Reporting to the HR Manager, Operations, the HRBP acts as a strategic HR partner for assigned functional groups.
This is an in-office position based in Alpine’s Grand Prairie, TX facility.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
· Partner with key plant stakeholders to develop and execute effective talent management and employee engagement strategies for assigned employee groups
· Provide coaching to managers and supervisors on performance management, career development, and employee relations processes
· Lead recruitment processes by strategically partnering with hiring managers to attract and identify a diverse pool of qualified candidates and ensure the acquisition of great ITW talent
· Own the onboarding experience in conjunction with plant leaders to effectively integrate new talent into the organization
· Serve as a ‘culture champion’ that demonstrates ITW’s culture and values and influences managers on fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace
· Collaborate with HR team members on division-wide initiatives to align engagement and organizational effectiveness efforts with overall business objectives
· Ensure HR practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations
· Ability to travel up to 20%
**Qualifications:**
· Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources-related field required
· 4+ years of relevant HR experience; experience in a manufacturing plant environment strongly preferred
· Experience in all facets of human resources including talent management, recruitment processes, employee relations and legal compliance requirements
· Proven ability to partner with and influence leaders to drive decisions and recommend effective courses of action. Must know when to compromise and when to be assertive.
· Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and communication skills with a strong ability to analyze data and present findings
**Compensation Information:**
79,200.00 - 118,800.00 USD Annual
