The HR Business Partner (HRBP) Operations is a generalist role and will support and enhance the effectiveness of critical operational areas and functions such as IT, Quality, Program Management, and Global Services. This role is key in ensuring that these operational areas are structured and equipped to support the wider business effectively, providing a global perspective while addressing local needs. The HRBP will work closely with leadership of both manufacturing sites in Israel and France to establish and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensure information flow across regions, and align operational practices with global business strategies. Ideal candidate will have a strong HR generalist background and proven experience supporting operations functions in the aesthetics or related medical beauty industry.
Hebrew & French speakers are required for this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Advisory & Guidance:
- Partner with operational leaders to define and implement a global operational strategy that supports the organization’s objectives.
- Provide senior-level guidance on aligning global processes with local requirements to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Drive consistency across regions in operational practices, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
Operational Support:
- Collaborate with IT, Quality, Program Management, and Global Services to enhance their contributions to the organization’s success.
- Support the development and implementation of SOPs, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and alignment with global standards in all functions including manufacturing plants.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth information sharing and process alignment.
Organizational Design & Development:
- Advise on and implement structural improvements to operational functions to enhance their efficiency and scalability.
- Conduct workforce planning for operational teams, ensuring appropriate resourcing for local and global demands.
- Develop and deliver initiatives that promote operational excellence and employee engagement.
HR Processes & Support:
- Manage full-cycle HR activities, including compensation & benefits, recruitment, talent development, employee relations, and performance management for operational teams.
- Drive the adoption of global HR initiatives and programs within operational functions.
- Leverage data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations on workforce performance and operational improvements.
Change Management:
- Lead change management initiatives to support structural changes within operations.
- Support the adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Act as a key advisor in the integration of local and global practices to maintain consistency and efficiency.
Compliance & Employee Engagement:
- Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws, country regulations, and internal standards.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations and organizational culture in fast-paced and highly regulated environments.
- Promote a strong, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role supporting diverse operational functions.
- Strong understanding of global business operations and the ability to align HR practices with business goals.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement SOPs and drive operational excellence.
- Experience working in a global environment, with a strong understanding of regional differences and cultures.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with and influence senior leaders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions.
- Proficiency in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Excellent communication skills.
