Human Resources Business Partner - Engineering and Digital
Eaton’s ES AMER Sector Integration division is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner - Engineering and Digital. The expected annual salary range for this role is $93750.03 - $137500.04 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. **What you’ll do:** The Regional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will support Eaton's Enterprise Engineering Centers of Excellence and Digital Teams. This role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, driving HR initiatives that align with business goals. The HRBP will focus on employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and HR compliance to foster a high-performance culture. The HRBP will be the direct HRBP for 300 employees across multiple states in the U.S. and partnership in support of our additional 750 Enterprise Engineering Center of Excellence organization employees globally. Relocation assistance is offered to candidates currently residing within the US/PR. **What you’ll do:** -Serves as a key point of contact for employees to connect with the human resources team, while promoting Eaton values and providing courteous and timely service to all employees -Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness. -Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. -Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. Support succession planning and career development initiatives. -Facilitate organizational capability reviews, leadership development programs, and change management initiatives to build a strong organizational culture. -Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies and best practices. -Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and programs. -Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace by supporting Eaton's inclusion and diversity initiatives. Facilitate and participate in company-wide committees in support of the overall Eaton goals, such as wellness, and community involvement. -Prepare and distribute HR-related communications to employees and leadership. Serve as a key point of contact for HR inquiries. -Generates and analyzes regular and ad-hoc reports for regulatory, budgeting, and auditing purposes. **Qualifications:** **Basic (Required) Qualifications:** -Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. -Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience, with at least 1 year in a salaried business partner role or have completed a structured, rotational HR Development Program (2 year program participation minimum). -Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future **Preferred Qualifications:** -Master's degree -Experience in a technology or engineering environment is a plus. -Experience supporting multiple sites or regions. -Demonstrated ability to influence and coach senior leaders. -Strong project management and organizational skills. -PHR or SPHR (or similar designation) certification **Skills:** Position Criteria: -Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
