Currently, there is an opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner based in Singapore. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role involves strategic liaison between HR and the business who implements HR strategies aligned with business objectives; provides guidance on HR policies and practices, and fosters a culture of employee engagement and development. This is a regional role with responsibilities spanning across multiple countries.
 

What You Will Do: ​

Collaborating with Senior Management as a strategic advisor, helping identify and prioritize HR initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

Aligning HR policies, programs, and Total Rewards strategies—including compensation, benefits, and regional payroll oversight—to promote employee engagement, retention, and performance.

Providing overall payroll leadership for Singapore, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and alignment with organizational standards.

Acting as a trusted coach, guiding leaders and managers on HR-related matters such as performance management, compensation, benefits, and payroll.

Analyzing HR metrics and data to identify opportunities and deliver data-driven recommendations to senior management.

HR: Policies, Standards and Procedures: Knowledge of human resource function; ability to uphold the organization's and industry's standards, procedures and policies regarding human resources management.

Analyzes policy and standards documentation and ensures organizational compliance.

Assists in the development and implementation of specific procedures.

Provides feedback for the improvement of HR procedures.

Talent Management: Knowledge of how an organization attracts, recruits, retains, identifies and develops talent; ability to develop the talent required for an organization to achieve its short-term and long-term goals.

Implements campaigns designed to attract talented individuals to the organization.

Coordinates reward and recognition programs designed to retain desirable employees.

Analyzes talent development needs and maintains a list of high-potential employees.

Other skillsets:

Employee Relations: Strong communicator with the ability to build trust and effectively engage with both leaders and employees across the region, supporting a positive and compliant work environment.

Confident in managing Total Rewards and overseeing payroll responsibilities, with full accountability for payroll in Singapore.

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
