What You Will Be Doing:
As a leader on our Human Resources team, you will provide strategic and tactical HR support as well as:
• Partner closely with Quality leadership to design and implement HR strategies, processes, and programs—including talent management, promotion planning, performance management, salary planning, and rewards and recognition.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance and solutions that align with business objectives.
• Champion organizational strategies in partnership with HR colleagues across the enterprise.
• Identify, develop, and retain top talent to strengthen organizational capability.
• Address employee relations matters with confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise and other functional teams to create and execute effective HR solutions.
• Leverage data and analytics to uncover opportunities, recommend actions, and drive measurable outcomes for both HR and business goals.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Experience in HR systems with a solid understanding of HR policies and procedures
• Demonstrated knowledge of HR disciplines, employment and labor laws, and understanding of basic HR philosophies
• Proven ability to effectively engage with employees and leaders across all organizational levels
• Excellent communication, coaching and relationship building skills
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive matters with integrity, urgency, and confidentiality
Desired Skills:
• Advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
• 3-5 years of experience in various HR competencies
• Experience in employee relations and conducting investigations
• Knowledge of Organization Design and Effectiveness
• Demonstrated Project Management experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
