What You’ll DoBe the go-to HR partner for plant operations across multiple shifts.Guide leaders and employees through employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.Maintain a strong, visible presence on the floor to build trust and proactively address concerns.Ensure compliance with labor laws, union contracts, and internal policies.Lead investigations into workplace complaints and policy violations.Collaborate with Safety and EHS teams on incident reporting and return-to-work programs.Partner with Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition to support the full employee lifecycle.Coach frontline leaders on effective people management and labor practices.Drive process improvements that enhance HR operations and employee satisfaction.Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and engagement initiatives.What You BringBilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required).2–3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or similar setting.Experience in a unionized environment with working knowledge of labor relations.Strong understanding of employment laws, investigations, and employee relations.High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with timekeeping systems like Kronos.Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $48.00/hr.
