You will be an HR Business Partner, providing daily support to multiple client groups at our Production Operations site in Archbald, PA. What You Will Be Doing
As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing daily support to multiple client groups at the Archbald, PA production operations facility. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Various functional HR responsibilities, including performance management, workplace investigations, career counseling, leadership development & coaching, implementation of workforce strategies, implementing talent assessment and development strategies, driving selection and retention strategies, implementing effective, leading positive employee relations strategies, and training and development plans.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and to function on both a strategic and tactical level is required.
• May be responsible for implementing learning and development initiatives/ coursework that address the needs of the business.
• Knowledgeable of Talent Acquisition processes and general staffing related activities while interfacing with the Global Talent Acquisition staffing organizations.
• May serve as a representative on corporate or MFC teams as appropriate.

Critical to this role is the capability of gaining the trust and respect of management and employees while pursuing positive organizational goals and objectives. It requires a self-starter who is capable of defining and analyzing issues and developing solutions related to employees, processes, systems and organizations. Strong ability to build effective relationships with management and become a resource that management relies on to identify and solve problems. Drives a partnership between HR and the business to foster a positive and fulfilling work environment. Responsible for advising management on application and administration of various company policies.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or equivalent discipline.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Prior related experiences in multiple HR disciplines such as Compensation, Staffing, and/or Employee Relations.
• Good analytical skills. Proven ability to lead projects and deliver results.
• Willingness to learn.
• Track record of successful performance in relevant assignments.
• This position is located at a facility that requires special access, therefore U.S. citizenship is required and you must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Masters Degree in related field or MBA.
• HRLDP Graduate.
• PHR/SHRM-CP certification.
• Knowledge of Lockheed Martin policies.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Full competency in HRIS applications and reporting: LMPeople (PeopleSoft) applications, LMCareers, LMS, TMS, SAP.
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania and Federal Labor Law.
• Facilitation and coaching skills.
• Community Outreach interest and experience.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
