Adecco is currently assisting a Client in their search to fill a **Human Resource Business Partner** position located in Los Angeles, CA 90041 zip code.
**Pay Rate: $** **50.00/HR**
**Shift: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm**
**Job Description** :
+ Strategic Partnering: Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
+ Talent Management: Focusing on talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee development programs.
+ Employee Relations: Managing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
+ Change Management: Supporting organizational changes and transitions through effective communication and guidance.
+ Compliance: Ensuring HR policies and practices adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
+ Coaching and Consulting: Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
+ Organizational Development: Contributing to the development and improvement of organizational structure, culture, and effectiveness.
**Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent
+ 2+ years HRBP experience
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
