Bachelor's degree, highly preferred. 8+ years of HR Business Partner experience, required.SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential, highly preferred.Previous experience working with hourly populations, highly preferred.

The salary range for this role is $85k-$100k.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
