We are seeking a dynamic, multilingual HR Business Partner (HRBP) to lead people strategy and drive transformation across the Latin America & Caribbean region. This role goes far beyond traditional HR administration—it's about shaping a high-performance culture, strengthening behavioral accountability, and creating a world-class employee experience.
The HRBP will partner closely with senior leadership to evolve our people practices—from onboarding and evaluation, to retention, performance, and organizational health. This position will work in close coordination with HR functions at global HQ and directly lead the regional implementation of our new evaluation and behavioral performance framework.
Your day at a glance:
Strategic HR Leadership
Act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership on people strategy, team structure, and culture Collaborate with HQ and legal to ensure compliance across all countries of operation Serve as the regional anchor for the global HR strategyPerformance and Behavior Evaluation
Lead the implementation of the new behavioral evaluation model across all Latin America and Caribbean countries Train managers on evaluating both achievements and key behaviors (e.g., collaboration, innovation, integrity) Support adoption of new performance rating scales and mid-year/annual review cadence Use tools like PowerApp to improve coaching, visibility, and progress trackingTalent & Development
Spearhead a more impactful onboarding experience across countries Support succession planning, performance improvement, and team health conversations Contribute to organizational design discussions to align talent with growthOperational Excellence
Support recruiting and retention efforts with regional nuance Ensure dismissal processes are handled legally, fairly, and aligned with company values Optimize HR touchpoints for employee experience across lifecycleWhat makes you a great fit:
5–8 years of experience in HRBP, People Partner, or HR Generalist roles in a multinational or matrixed environment Demonstrated experience in performance management, onboarding, or behavioral frameworks Confident leading conversations on organizational change, team dynamics, and development Maturity, discretion, and ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment Fluent in Spanish and English requiredYour technical expertise:
Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or related fields Certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, HRCI, CIPD) are a strong assetAn asset if you have:
