Human Resources Business Partner, Senior

As a key member of our HR team, you’ll act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to site leadership. You'll play a pivotal role in creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture by leading initiatives across talent management, workforce planning, performance development, employee engagement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Performance & Culture: Partner with site leaders to align HR strategy with business goals, champion a safe and inclusive workplace, and build a strong, engaged workforce.

Lead Talent Development: Implement robust talent management practices—focusing on coaching, career development, succession planning, and leadership growth.

Attract Top Talent: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and site leadership to create and execute staffing strategies that ensure full operational capability.

Champion Fair Compensation: Educate leaders on our compensation philosophy and help ensure consistency in performance-based pay practices.

Support Employee Relations: Lead workplace investigations, coach leaders through complex employee relations matters, and foster a respectful, compliant work environment.

Develop HR Talent: Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team to continually raise the bar on people capability and collaboration.

Ensure Compliance: Oversee HR practices that align with local, state, and federal regulations, including understanding collective bargaining agreements when applicable.

Leverage HR Analytics: Analyze workforce data to identify trends and opportunities for improving retention, absenteeism, and employee experience.

Coordinate HR Operations: Support site-level payroll, benefits, and leave administration while delivering smooth, efficient HR processes.

Act as a Culture Ambassador: Roll out corporate HR programs and initiatives at the site level, bringing them to life for your local teams.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or a related field (or equivalent certifications/training)

Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience

Strong understanding of HR compliance and employment law

Proven leadership experience and the ability to inspire and coach teams

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels

Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems

Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed

Pay Range:$92,100.00 - $165,800.00
