Lineage Logistics
As a key member of our HR team, you’ll act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to site leadership. You'll play a pivotal role in creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture by leading initiatives across talent management, workforce planning, performance development, employee engagement, and compliance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Drive Performance & Culture:** Partner with site leaders to align HR strategy with business goals, champion a safe and inclusive workplace, and build a strong, engaged workforce.
+ **Lead Talent Development:** Implement robust talent management practices—focusing on coaching, career development, succession planning, and leadership growth.
+ **Attract Top Talent:** Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and site leadership to create and execute staffing strategies that ensure full operational capability.
+ **Champion Fair Compensation:** Educate leaders on our compensation philosophy and help ensure consistency in performance-based pay practices.
+ **Support Employee Relations:** Lead workplace investigations, coach leaders through complex employee relations matters, and foster a respectful, compliant work environment.
+ **Develop HR Talent:** Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team to continually raise the bar on people capability and collaboration.
+ **Ensure Compliance:** Oversee HR practices that align with local, state, and federal regulations, including understanding collective bargaining agreements when applicable.
+ **Leverage HR Analytics:** Analyze workforce data to identify trends and opportunities for improving retention, absenteeism, and employee experience.
+ **Coordinate HR Operations:** Support site-level payroll, benefits, and leave administration while delivering smooth, efficient HR processes.
+ **Act as a Culture Ambassador:** Roll out corporate HR programs and initiatives at the site level, bringing them to life for your local teams.
**What You Bring:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or a related field (or equivalent certifications/training)
+ Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience
+ Strong understanding of HR compliance and employment law
+ Proven leadership experience and the ability to inspire and coach teams
+ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels
+ Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
+ Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed
Pay Range:$92,100.00 - $165,800.00
