Responsible for attendance management review, onboarding, first point of contact for employees, coordinating with talent acquisition Specialist on recruiting, and liaising with onsite rep as well to support temporary staffing needs. Liaising with corporate payroll and benefit partners, and onsite ops managers.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Experience with timekeeping or payroll systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Knowledge of basic HR laws, labor regulations, and payroll practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and HRIS systems
