Human Resources Assistant | Monday–Friday, 8am to 5pm| $50,000-$55,000 | On-site | Direct Hire What Matters Most:Competitive Salary: $50,000–$55,000 annuallySchedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pmLocation: Omaha, NEDirect Hire OpportunityDynamic and people-focused workplace cultureBenefits offered: Health, dental, life insurance, 401(k) with profit sharing, paid vacation/personal time and holidays, tuition reimbursement Job Description:Join a well-established and growing team as a Human Resources Assistant, supporting a variety of HR initiatives from recruiting and onboarding to event planning and internal communications.  Responsibilities:Coordinate interviews, background checks, drug screens, and onboarding logisticsSupport employee events, company celebrations, internal communications, and newslettersMaintain HR systems and records Track new hire benefits enrollment, performance evaluations, and group training activitiesAssist with recruiting efforts and participate in local career fairsManage HR calendars, travel arrangements, and various executive-level support tasksCreate posters, digital messaging, and certificates to support employee recognition and engagementMaintain organization charts, employee directories, and archived personnel filesCollaborate with other departments and assist with accounting and executive projects Qualifications and Requirements:Associate degree and 1–3 years of HR, payroll, or administrative experienceStrong attention to detail, exceptional organization, and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneNote, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook)Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, InDesign, or PhotoshopProfessionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information  Your New Organization:Join a global manufacturing leader recognized for innovation, reliability, and a people-first culture.
