Key Responsibilities:

 

Assist with recruitment, screening, and on-boarding of caregivers

Maintain and update employee files and HR databases

Ensure compliance with state and company HR policies

Coordinate orientation, training sessions and continuing education

Track employee credentials and renewal deadlines

Support payroll preparation and timekeeping systems

Help with employee recognition and retention initiatives

Provide administrative support to the HR and leadership team

Ideal Candidate:

Strong organizational and communication skills

Detail-oriented and dependable

Previous HR experience and/or new graduate

Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with HR software

Passionate about helping others and making a difference in the community
