SodexoMagic is hiring a Human Resources Assistant to support the daily HR functions in the student nutrition operations for the District of Columbia Public Schools in the Washington, DC area. This role requires strong administrative, organizational, written and verbal communication, and multi-project management skills. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

What You'll Do Compile and maintain personnel records Process candidate applicationsSchedule candidate interviews and complete onboarding and new hire documentsPerform payroll-related functions as well as track Paid Time Off documents and utilizationAssist with writing and administering disciplinary documentationAssist with employee grievances as necessary Assist with facilitating employee training and development What We Offer
