Human Resources Assistant

A Global Professional Services firm seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join their collaborative and fast-paced London team.

I am working with a prestigious international firm to find a Human Resources Assistant to join their collaborative and high-performing London HR team. In this vital support role, you’ll play a key part in delivering seamless HR services and operations across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update employee records in Workday and assist with system testing cycles.

Support GDPR compliance and manage personnel and immigration files.

Track absences and ensure accurate records of sickness and leave.

Coordinate employee milestones (gifts, flowers, vouchers).

Process HR invoices and issue various employee references.

Manage the central HR inbox, escalating where needed.

Assist with graduate recruitment scheduling and events.

Oversee on-boarding and off-boarding logistics, ensuring a smooth employee experience.

Provide benefits administration support and liaise with external providers.

Perform HR document audits and support wider HR and talent initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 1 year’s experience in HR, recruitment or office administration.

High attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Confident working independently and proactively escalating issues.

Friendly and team-focused with strong interpersonal skills.

Tech-savvy, particularly with Microsoft Office; Workday experience is a plus.
