About the Role:

We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team at our Mersin Tarsus factory. The ideal candidate will ensure the full implementation of all legal requirements and internal HR procedures, while acting as a trusted partner to both employees and management.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the complete and accurate implementation of all legal and internal HR procedures and regulations at the factory.

Drive awareness and understanding of HR processes among all employees in the factory.

Manage industrial relations, with proven experience in Labor Law, and active participation in negotiations, including pre-agreement analysis.

Implement and continuously improve HR processes in alignment with company policies.

Support and coordinate with department managers regarding HR-related matters.

Act as the HRBP for the factory, ensuring employee satisfaction with HR processes.

Support local and global HR projects in line with company strategies.

Understand business dynamics of relevant departments and provide strategic HR support according to needs.

Contribute to talent management by identifying required competencies, attracting talent, and taking necessary actions to strengthen organizational capabilities.

Support the company’s diversity and inclusion goals and raise awareness among managers.

Track HR data and evaluate its impact on company performance, taking corrective actions when necessary.

Monitor probation periods of new employees, inform managers, and conduct exit interviews to identify development areas.

Ensure the successful completion of annual performance review processes.

Support the annual engagement survey, analyze results, share insights with managers, and follow up on improvement actions.

Develop projects to strengthen company culture and enhance employee engagement.

Comply with and contribute to continuous improvement of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Environmental Management Systems, ensuring alignment with legal requirements.
