Human Resources Administrator

Insight Global is looking for a Temp HR Administrator to join a growing Higher Education Consulting company in Austin, TX. This position will be a 3-4 month contract filling in for an individual going on leave. If you're intested please apply for further consideration!
Compensation: $35-$42/hr (flexible for higher compensation depending on experience)
Benefits Administration
Manage and administer all health and welfare benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, COBRA, workers compensation, and unemployment.
Serve as the primary liaison with benefits vendors and brokers, ensuring timely resolution of employee issues and accurate data exchange.
Lead the annual open enrollment process, including communications, system updates, and employee support.
Conduct benefits audits and ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations.
Support the Payroll & Benefits Supervisor with payroll-related benefits adjustments, monthly, and annual reporting.
HR Operations & Analytics
Oversee the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience.
Process employee lifecycle changes (e.g., promotions, transfers, salary changes, leaves) and ensure accurate documentation and HRIS updates.
Maintain and update HR SOPs, internal databases, and the HR landing page with current policies, announcements, and compliance documents.
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Support HR compliance initiatives, including audits, training, and policy updates.
Employee Relations & Support
Provide Tier 1 support for employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and HR systems.
Advise employees and managers on HR policies and escalate complex issues as needed.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
