Description We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Palmyra, New York. This is a long-term contract position within the manufacturing industry, offering an opportunity to contribute to key HR functions such as recruitment, benefits administration, and employee leave management. Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
• Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, open enrollment, and ongoing support.
• Handle leave administration tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Conduct background checks and ensure proper documentation for all new hires.
• Maintain accurate data entry and record-keeping within HR systems such as HRIS.
• Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including employee relations and policy updates.
• Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and ensure efficiency.
• Assist in preparing reports and analytics related to employee data and HR metrics.
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops to support employee development. Requirements • Proven experience in human resources administration, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration and leave management.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and data entry processes.
• Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing and onboarding.
• Experience conducting background checks and maintaining compliance with employment regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in handling benefit enrollment and open enrollment tasks.
