We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment practices and policies.
• Utilize HR platforms such as Workday and UKG Pro to streamline processes and maintain accurate employee records.
• Provide thoughtful guidance on HR-related inquiries while maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring all processes align with company standards and regulations.
• Conduct background checks and audits to support recruitment and onboarding efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR concerns and improve service delivery.
• Respond to tickets and requests using systems like ServiceNow or Jira to ensure timely resolution.
• Facilitate training sessions and employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Monitor compliance with local and national employment laws, including Canadian HR practices if applicable.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures for a multi-location workforce.
Requirements
Requirements
+ 2–4 years of HR experience, ideally in a shared services or multi-location environment.
+ Strong working knowledge of employment practices in the U.S.; experience with Canadian HR is a plus.
+ Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms—preferably Workday and/or UKG.
+ High level of discretion, professionalism, and organizational skills.
+ Experience working with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira is a bonus.
+ Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service.
